Contents of the course
Lectures Crystal-ambient phase equilibrium. Equilibruim shape of crystal. Atomic views og crystal growth.
Equilibrium structure of crystal surface. Nucleation. Normal and layer crystal growth. Crystal growth methods: melt growth, solution growth, wapor-phase growth.
Examples/ practical classes Introducing in experimental crystal growth technics and scientific investigations in available laboratory.
