Aims of the course Introducing students with teaching materials in the field of alternating current, solid state physics, mechanical oscillations and waves, acoustics, EM waves, wave optics, atomic physics, and nuclear physics, for the level of primary and secondary schools and experimental exercises in these fields.
Learning outcomes Training of students for methodical and technically correct realization of demonstration experiments in the field of alternating current, solid state physics, mechanical oscillations and waves, acoustics, EM waves, wave optics, atomic physics, and nuclear physics, in primary and secondary schools, explanation of physical phenomena using demostration teaching materials, as well as performing measurement experiments with appropriate processing of measurement data for the level of elementary and secondary schools.
Contents of the course
Lectures Explaining physical phenomena and laws in the field of alternating current, solid state physics, mechanical oscillations and waves, acoustics, EM waves, wave optics, atomic physics, and nuclear physics, using demonstration teaching materials for the level of elementary and secondary schools.
Examples/ practical classes Independent realization of demonstration experiments using appropriate teaching materials in the field of alternating current, solid state physics, mechanical oscillations and waves, acoustics, EM waves, wave optics, atomic physics, and nuclear physics, and realization of measurement experiments, with appropriate treatment of results of measurements for the level of primary and secondary schools.
